Presentation

One word

The past beekeeping season was distinguished by a remarkably varied and delicious palette of fragrances, reflecting the floral richness surrounding the apiaries. From the very first spring blossoms, the bees foraged a wide range of flowers: acacias, hawthorns, cherry trees, apricot trees, and other fruit trees, each bringing its own subtle aromatic notes to the early honey harvests.
This beekeeping season thus stands out for the diversity and delicacy of its aromas, offering beekeepers and honey enthusiasts an exceptional taste and olfactory experience—a true tribute to nature and beekeeping expertise. The different stages of honey extraction allowed this variety of fragrances to be fully appreciated, with each batch revealing a unique bouquet, a reflection of the terroir and the flowers visited.
As for the summer harvests, the olfactory diversity intensified with the blooming of lime trees, chestnut trees, and blackberries. These sources gave the honeys a rare complexity, blending woody scents, smooth notes, and fruity touches. The powerful aroma of chestnut trees contrasted elegantly with the sweetness of blackberries, while the lime trees accentuated the depth of flavors.
